Finally, every Sonicbox pedal is thoroughly tested & tone checked before being packaged, and carries a 5-year warranty as standard.
We ship worldwide via DHL "Insured shipping". Shipping costs for a single pedal are 13,99 € for most european countries. Germany 4,99 €. We offer you a tracking code to check the status of the delivery.
All of Sonicbox pedals have a 5 Year warranty for the original owner., So if your pedal has a problem We will be happy to fix it for free, including parts and labor, as long as it has not been modified from its original condition. You just have to pay the shipping fee.
We offer you a period of two weeks to check your pedal. If you recognize that it doesn't fit your needs, you can send it back and we will refund your money. Please get in touch with us before. The two weeks starts with receipt of the package
